Here are the odds for the quarterfinal matchups already in place:

THURSDAY, JULY 9

France vs. Morocco

To Advance: FRA -390, MAR +300
Moneyline: FRA -175, Draw +290, MAR +550

What to know: France is outscoring opponents 14-2 so far during this World Cup. It remains the favorite to win the tournament and is favored to be the highest-scoring team. In other words, this is the best team in the field so far. However, Morocco knows something about upsets. At the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, Morocco won Group F before beating Spain in the Round of 16 and then Portugal in the quarterfinals. Its run came to an end in the semifinals, a 2-0 loss to France.

FRIDAY, JULY 10

Spain vs. Belgium

To Advance: ESP -380, BEL +280
Moneyline: ESP -165, Draw +290, BEL +490

What to know: In the Round of 16, Spain eked past Portugal and Belgium cruised past the USA. Regardless of how those matches went down, both of these countries have been streaking. Belgium is unbeaten in 18 straight games since March 2025 (12-6-0, W-D-L), the second-longest run in team history. As for Spain, it is unbeaten in 35 straight games (26-9-0, W-D-L) since March 2024, tying the longest undefeated run in team history.

SATURDAY, JULY 11

Norway vs. England

To Advance: ENG -230, NOR +182
Moneyline: ENG -120, Draw +260, NOR +330

What to know: England showed its mettle in a 3-2 win over Mexico at Azteca Stadium in the Round of 16, overcoming El Tri on its home turf. Now, it faces off with Norway, whose star Erling Haaland proved too much for Brazil in the Round of 16, scoring twice in a 2-0 victory for the Norwegians. He has 62 goals in 54 appearances for his country. England has now made three straight quarterfinals at the World Cup for the first time since doing so between 1962 and 1970. This is Norway’s first-ever quarterfinals appearance at the World Cup.

Argentina vs. Switzerland

To Advance: ARG -310, SUI +240
Moneyline: ARG -145, Draw +260, SUI +450

What to know: In the 78th minute of its Round of 16 matchup, Argentina trailed by two goals against Egypt, as it looked like La Albiceleste’s quest for a repeat was all but over. But to beat the champs, you gotta knock ’em out. Argentina surged with three unanswered goals over a span of 13 minutes to pull off one of the most improbable comebacks in World Cup history. Meanwhile, Switzerland advanced to the quarterfinals after its penalty shootout win over Colombia in the Round of 16. The Swiss have reached their first World Cup quarterfinals since 1954. This is also the first time ever that Switzerland has advanced in two consecutive knockout stage matches at the World Cup.
