The world’s best sporting event \u2013 the 2026 FIFA World Cup \u2014 is coming this summer, and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The teams were seeded by each of their combined social media followings<\/i> \u2013 including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. We’re now into the Sweet Sixteen of our bracket. Here’s how things stand: \u00a0<\/p>\n
Voting will take place over the entire month of April with a winner announced on the last day of the month! The winners will get an official billboard touting your nation as the best fans in front of your team’s 2026 FIFA World Cup training facility!<\/p>\n
This bracket has been whittled down, with 16 teams remaining of the 48 qualified sides for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Those teams are separated into four quadrants consisting of three of the current World Cup groups in each.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Region 1 <\/strong>(which includes groups A\/B\/C) has an amazing matchup. Who do you think creates a bigger scene: The samba-dancing, yellow-clad fans of Brazil or the red wave of South Korean supporters?\u00a0<\/p>\n And in Region 2<\/strong> (which includes groups D\/E\/F), will Morocco’s fans be able to hold off the always raucous and rowdy El Tri <\/i>supporters? With Mexico one of the co-hosts of the 2026 tournament, expect tons of green jerseys and plenty of singing of Cielito Lindo <\/i>anywhere you go.\u00a0<\/p>\n Up next is Region 3 <\/strong>(which includes G\/H\/I), T\u00fcrkiye is back in the World Cup for the first time in 24 years, so their fans will be ready to cheer on their talented squad. But this is a tough matchup against one of the world’s best groups, period. You always know when the orange wave of the Netherlands faithful are marching into the stadium.\u00a0<\/p>\n In Region 4<\/strong> (which includes J\/K\/L), we have two teams who are expected to make deep runs this summer. Germany fans always come out to support their side. Ecuador has arguably its best squad ever, so the buzz for this South American team will be plenty.\u00a0<\/p>\n In Region<\/strong> 4<\/strong> (which includes J\/K\/L):<\/p>\n – England<\/strong> fans def. Spread across three countries, the tournament will culminate with the final on July 19 at New York New Jersey Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. All 104 tournament matches will air live across FOX (70) and FS1 (34) with every match streaming live and on-demand within both the FOX One and the FOX Sports apps.
