The only other player to earn that rating this year is two-time Ballon d&#8217;Or winner Alexia Putellas, who notably left FC Barcelona Femen\u00ed for the London City Lionesses this past summer.<\/p>\n<p><span>(Photo by Image Photo Agency\/Getty Images)<\/span> <!--&gt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt6 mg-b-15 article-content\" data-v-0a453225>Lionel Messi came just short of winning the World Cup, but his eight-goal and four-assist outing at the tournament raised his rating from 86 last year to 89 this year. Olise entered last season as one of 26 players with an 86 overall rating; this year, he enters the season as one of just 11 players with a 90 overall rating.
